ScanContracts provides AI-powered contract analysis for informational purposes. Our service identifies potential risks and noteworthy clauses in contracts to help you make informed decisions.

Important: ScanContracts is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our analysis is generated by AI and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal counsel. For high-value contracts or complex legal matters, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney.

2. Account Registration

You may use our free scan feature without an account. To save scans and access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Single Scan ($9): One-time payment for a full analysis report
  • Monthly Subscription ($19/month): Unlimited scans, billed monthly, cancel anytime

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital analysis reports, we generally do not offer refunds for completed scans. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your report, contact us and we'll make it right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit our systems
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute our analysis reports commercially
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your contracts. We claim no ownership over the documents you upload. The analysis reports we generate are provided for your personal or business use.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScanContracts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on our analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
